At GALLERIES you can choose from a creative mix of condominium residences or commercial premises with or without a connected residence.

Our Garden Patio Flats all feature a private landscaped patio
of patterned clay brick bordered in beautiful plant life such as
Magnolia, Maple and Eastern Redbud trees, Hydrangea,
Rhododendrons, English Lavender and Japanese Aralia or
similar plant varieties. Garden Patio Flats come in one and two bedroom models and most include a GALLERIES Flex Pad for use as a den, home theater/office or guest room. All units
feature stainless steel appliances and quartzite and marble
countertops in kitchens and bath rooms respectively.

Our Gallery Lofts, are designed for professionals, artists,
retailers and other businesspersons. Gallery Lofts come in two formats either ground floor commercial premises of
approximately 800 square feet with an optional connected
residence above of about the same area, or lofted business
studios with a floor area of 500 square feet which may be
connected to a two storey residence. All Gallery Lofts feature a large street accessible landscaped patio for client and/or private use, blade signage, double entry French doors and private
interior stairway to the residence above. Commercial premises
may be purchased without the connected residence.

Our penthouse condominium residences raise the standard of resort style living by blending refined finishes with panoramic views of surrounding mountains and glaciers. Penthouse residences all feature private roof-top decks.
